Niles Radio Communications' experienced team of radio consultants, technicians and engineers always take the time to do things right. We do this by planning the entire development process from system design through installation, customer training and service. This enables us to better coordinate each job while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Company Profile
Founded by Clayton Niles in 1954 as a Radio Common Carrier, and later purchased by the Cullen Family, in 1971, Niles Radio has evolved and prospered through many changes in the wireless communications industry by constantly adapting to meet the needs of its customers. From the basic two-way radios of the 1950's to the complex microprocessor based systems of today, we have been providing total customer satisfaction for over 50 years.

Our company carries a complete selection of quality wireless communication products including Microwave and Fiber Optic systems by Alcatel and Harris, Two Way Radios by Motorola, ICOM, Kenwood, E.F. Johnson and MA/COM, accessories, on-site paging, Wireless Internet Access, SCADA control systems and more. We are an authorized Service Center for most brands of communications equipment, and perform warranty repair service and complete system installations.

Our experienced team provides highly competitive wireless communication solutions through the application of innovative and proven advanced technologies to support our clients goals. We provide a thorough analysis of our clients needs and goals, then prepare a crisp clear specification aimed at cost-effective fulfillment. Technology
Our company provides the “best of breed” technologies, as they become commercially available, including high quality equipment from major suppliers such as Alcatel, MA/COM, Motorola, Andrews, Zetron, Microwave Data Systems, Harris and others.

System Design
Niles Radio performs on-site needs analysis'; determining customer requirements and appropriate solutions. We then translate these requirements into a clearly defined list of materials and services to be provided.

Complete Systems Implementation
Niles Radio provides 'Turn Key' installations to provide all necessary materials and labor to implement completely operational systems. Niles Radio provides the equipment, the manpower and the best mountain top radio sites to fulfill the needs of our customers.

After-Market Products Maintenance
Niles Radio provides full service maintenance for complex systems on contract or on demand. Our company maintains a full time staff of personnel and fully equipped service vehicles to guarantee prompt response within our service area on a twenty-four hour, seven-day basis, and throughout the Southwest in a very expeditious fashion, often faster than traditional local service companies.

Proof of Performance Testing
Niles Radio provides the personnel, electronic measuring equipment, vehicles and other necessary professional services to perform system operational tests. This includes measuring all specified parameters, operational evaluation and formal certification when required.

Regulatory
Niles Radio will arrange for numerous regulatory authorizations necessary to implement and commission an operating system. We retain full service regulatory focused legal firms in Washington, DC to handle FCC and FAA matters. We also design and order necessary interconnection circuits from common carriers and arrange co-location when necessary.
